I am Engr. Muhammad Naeem Mirza — a civil engineer and proud graduate of NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi. I have been building in this city since 1993. My belief has always been simple: if a structure is built correctly the first time, it will stand for generations.
Over 30 years I have overseen the construction of hundreds of homes, factories, and commercial buildings across this city. I understand Karachi's soil conditions, its climate, its material markets, and exactly what a structure needs to survive long-term here. That is not something you learn in a classroom — it comes from decades of being on the ground.
